Sweat, Power, Challenge
Focus: Hip-flexors, Adductors, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Quads, Hips
If you’re looking for a class that will create some challenge and change in your body, then this one is for you. As athletes, we need to access our full range of motion so that strength and power can be maximised. To do this, sometimes we need a bit (or a lot) of sweat to start the process. Unlike other forms of training you are doing, this class will incorporate ways to build strength in your end reaches of mobility. So, when you have time to commit to a 60 min practice that will help you increase your athletic performance, through engagement in yoga postures, then give this one a shot. Don’t work too hard, over-effort in a yoga class won’t necessarily get you better results, you get results from yoga by listening to your body and doing your best. After the hard work is done, you get to rest and embrace the change yoga brings to mind and body.
